Haven't done pullups in a while and it showed today. Good thing is that the elbow is better and no pain so far after the WOD. I'll have to start slowly adding more pullups.

Hopefully soon! The problem is that I work like every day. Maybe I'll pay the big bucks and shoot a big buck at Rancho San Fernando Rey!!!!!!!!
