X 3 rounds with a 2 minute rest in between
Round 1: 2 rounds + 7GHD/14 KBS/11DU
Round 2: 2 rounds + 7GHD/10 KBS
Round 3: 2 rounds + 7 GHD/12 KBS
Note to self: DUs are really hard after GHDs and KBS.
