After round 2 of the burpees, I broke them up in to 4 sets of 5. I think this was slower than just doing as many as I could then resting.

I pulled the row at around 1:45 for the first 500, then I just tried to stay under 1:50 on the last 500. Stopped once on the thrusters, didn't put the bar down. Pullups were hard.
