Station WOD

Weighted Pullups

Max reps X5 with 40# weight vest (V-grip)
4-4-3-3-3


5 Rounds for Time:

Run around the block at the station (approx 350m)
20 Burpees

Time 15:34 (last time was 14:46)

After round 2 of the burpees, I broke them up in to 4 sets of 5. I think this was slower than just doing as many as I could then resting.
