24" Box Jumps
Jumping Pullups
1 Pood KBS
Walking Lunges
KTE
45# Push Press
Back Extensions
Wall Balls
Burpees
Double Unders

Time: 23:32

The KTE and burpees were the hardest. By the time I got to burpees it felt like I had no energy left.
