"Death by Rower"


Nice socks!

I wasn't going to work out today being my 4th day in a row, but I felt like doing something to get nice and sweaty in preparation for a good stretch. 

WOD

"Death by Rower"
Row one calorie the first minute, two calories the second minute, three calories the third minute, etc until you are not able to row the required amount within the minute.
