10 Wall Balls with 2o# ball at 12' Target

This was brutal. Legs were like jello from the first day's WODs and the 2k row. I'm not sure if the standards were the same for the So Cal Qualifiers. I read that the wall balls were 11.5' and I never saw how high the box jumps were.
