30 Minute AMRAP???!!!!

AMRAP in 30 minutes:
5 Pullups C2B
5 Ring Dips
15 Situps

26 Rounds + 5 Pullups

I will be VERY sore tomorrow, I can already start to feel it.

New tid-bit of information, thanks to Katie.
1/2 Avocado (grocery store size) = 6 blocks of Fat

I always assumed that 1/2 an avocado was much more than that, but thanks to Katie now I get to eat more!

nice, I never know that about avocado (I just always ate the whole thing!). Sweet, now I don't feel so bad
